I have worked in the Travel industry since 1987, started with 2 different Airlines as a reservation, Airport customer service agent and operation manager. I also worked with American Express Travel as an Executive Travel Advisor serving the elite Platinum and Black card members. I am passionate about travel and extensively traveled across the globe, with every trip, filled with excitement as if it is my first. I specially enjoy all Cruising including River Cruising in Europe. I was born in Jordan and speak the Arabic language, I can offer first hand knowledge about the Holy Land experience in Israel, Egypt and Jordan. I am a certified CLIA member and travel insurance agent. In addition of being a Cruise Planner franchisee, I am currently working with PGA TOUR Travel as an travel counselor for PGA players and employees.
